been abit cheeky and it worked !!!!

i turned down an offer from HSBC well well before the test case, i wrote in a letter telling them where to go.

i then learned of the test case and shat my self so what i did was;

did out my old offer letter, signed it and sent it back.

my mrs who works for HSBC looked in my confidential notes the other day to see that my offer letter has been stamped and actioned and my decline letter was not even on there :)

now i sent 3 decline letters all 3 recorded delivery from 3 post offices, now i onder if HSBC genuinly did not get these or they just "lost" them.

anyway, money shoud be in soon :)

    We All Have To Be A Bit Cheeky Sometimes. Ive Just Received £2,255 From Halifax Off A Joint Account I Had With My Ex-husband. He Knows Nothing About It. Didn't Do Anything Illegal. His Signature Was Never Requested. They Even Issued The Cheque In My Name Only - Wouldn't Have Mattered If It Was Both Names. I Kept An Old Joint Savings Account Open Just In Case. Even If He Was To Find Out I Would Like To See Him Try And Get The Money Considering He Owes Me £2500 In Maintenance Arrears For The 2 Sons He Doesn't Bother To See Or Pay For.

    I recieved an offer from HSBC, for the full amount, so i accepted it by return of mail.

    A week later, no money. As i had photo copied my offer, i returned it again, just to prompt them.

    Part of me hoped they would credit me twice, which they did. But they soon noticed, and took back one of the amounts.

    Worth a try.

    After what they have put us through, abusing the law, theres nowt wrong with being cheeky with them.
