To be fair, the OP has been clear from the outset about wanting whippy-soft ice cream. When it's on sale in every retail unit with a chiller cabinet, its not unreasonable to think that it can be done in a convenient fashion.you don`t seem to understand the concept. She has been told time and time again by various posters that forced air input is required. All she has to do to get soft ice cream is to get to the stage prior to deep freeze for soft ice cream, I ate soft ice cream yesterday. She wants whippy as produced by an industrial machine0
