JSA sanction because of community work placement, do I have grounds to appeal?

You will receive a letter before you are sanctioned telling you why a doubt has been raised.
On the back of this letter you explain the circumstances and show evidence of the distance and time to travel to your work placement.
They will not sanction if you have a valid reason.0 -

Ah, that's excellent news. Thanks for letting us know.Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0
