Very sorry if this is in the wrong Thread. Please don't bite my head off if it is.
Basically, I have a spare room ( 10' x 8')
Could anyone advice, point me in the right direction as to The
storing of stuff for people/person in this room, and the charges etc.
I know you going to need more info
but thought there might be a website that deals with this sort of thing. I can collect, (if not to far) and supply bags or boxes
Thank-you very much for any advice, Tony

Just to start this off, if you are going to be renting space inside your house to a third party, your mortgage provider, if you have one, must be involved.
They may not like the idea.
After all, who knows what might end up inside your house?0 -
You will also need insurance cover for the stored items.0

This sounds like what you're after.

You can register your storage space on this site then wait for the £ to roll in."The problem with Internet quotes is that you can't always depend on their accuracy" - Abraham Lincoln, 18640 -

You're welcome. Sometimes (oftentimes) answering the question directly is exactly what a person wants

We all want to hear nice things, but they're not always what we need to hear.
I still think this is a woolly area re insurance and mortgages, but no one has chosen to enlighten me, and it's not my problem anyway.
When this was discussed before, some interesting discussion ensued, but more heat than enlightenment:
