AO.com BEWARE

We have used AO.com many times but recently we have had a really bad experience. They used a company called Expert Logistics to delivery our dishwasher. When the men turned up they were arguing amongst themselves and were constantly on the phone to their manager who was shouting at them on the phone to hurry up as they were behind with their deliveries. When they took out the old machine they pulled it out damaging the flooring underneath. When pointed out, they kept on pulling. On inspection they said they could not install due to a short pipe but preceded to cut the electrics leaving live wires just hanging. We were then left with a machine not installed and live wires cut. When we approached AO.com and supplied photo evidence and a written customer statement they denied the claim, wouldn't let us speak to a manager, and over a week on the problem is still not solved. They have now had the cheek to ask us to prove that no -one else has been into the property!!!
I will not be dealing with them again, and looks like will now go down the small claims route.

Surprising - I've found them very good. Have you tried Twitter/Facebook - most companies don't like bad posts on their pages/feeds!
