A private beach for less than most London properties? I'll take it.

This beach (including water sports centre) has gone on the market for £250k, less than most London properties.

The family that owns it have put it up for sale so they can concentrate on other business ventures.

They said "On any given day I could be acting as harbourmaster for a visiting yacht, scooping ice creams, hiring out paddle boards, negotiating with equipment suppliers, and awarding sailing certificates all in the same afternoon. You never know what will come up next."

Don't know about you, but that sounds pretty idyllic to me! Would you fork out £250k to have your own beach and avoid battling for space to put your towel down?
