"There were five photos of my car – four from 4.12pm, but the fifth was time-stamped 2.10pm.
"I knew I hadn't been there at that time because I was at the gym. I hadn't been to the car park earlier that day either."
The firm's email to James said: "We understand your frustration and appreciate the inconvenience this has caused you. It is not our intention to cause undue worry and frustration when enforcing our clients' parking regulations. We have investigated the appeal based on the information submitted by yourself and can confirm in this instance the parking charge has been cancelled."
I wonder where UKPC obtained that fifth photo from?

They just use cheap digital cameras, maybe the numpty took the first shot and realised the time was wrong and reset the clock.
Maybe he was just back from his holiday in a different time zone, remember the photos of some Neanderthal's bedroom on their website lol.
Just shows what a non existent standards prevail in this scammers industry!0 -
I'm sure they never tamper with the time settings on the cameras, oh no.
Just like they don't ever ever ever delete first exit/second entry photos from ANPR double dips.
Oh no, sir, these people are totally above board in everything they do.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
No, and UKPC weasels never take 'photos of cars outside the car park they are managing, and there isn't a video on YouTube of a UKPC weasel being confronted doing exactly that (for the second time to the irate lady motorist in question). On no sirree, it doesn't happen and there is no such video.Je suis Charlie.0
