I got one at Debenhams on Monday with no problems however my friend went to the same Debenhams yesterday and had a small arguement with the SA. The SA said that they were only accepting originals and not photocopies, my friend explained that it was a printout but the sales assistant said regardless of where it came from her manager had said they were not to be given out, but eventually she relented and friend came out victorious!

I went to Debenhams on Tuesday and was told there were none left, then went to another clarins concession in another department store and was told the same thing. Must have been a huge demand in Perth!!!

I printed off coupon for partner but Debenhams in Hastings flatly refused to take it - but gave no excuse!

my sister and I got 2 no problem from Boots in London Colney...the SA even gave me a few extra samples too!

think it just depends where you try...

I went to London Selfridges yesterday and got mine no problem
then went to House Of Fraiser Oxford street branch and got mine no problem too. They didn't even read the printout and just handled it over.

Both stores the staff were unfriendly.....they gave me judgemental looks! :mad: but who cares I got my freebie and yeah it's not exactly the size of normal mascaras but it fits well in handbags! :cool:
