I went to Debenhams in Reading today, but they demand not the printed from printer paper but the one from magazine. The management informed us-she replied.

    Hi my name is Ilkin,

Till 12 of August you had a below article:

    w&h and Clarins exclusive offer

    Clarins%20offer_e_180ef02907b77750ba9536a06433544a.jpg
We've teamed up with Clarins to offer you a FREE handbag-sized Clarins Wonder Length Mascara, worth £8!

It's a cosmetic dream come true and do we love it! No wonder they've called it Wonder Length Mascara as it works real magic, giving lots of eye-opening length and curl while adding shine and colour in black, brown or violet. With its clever slim brush, the short fibres lift lashes from root to tip while longer fibres coat them evenly and help prevent the dreaded 'clumping' effect.

Try it for yourself! Click on the link below and print out the coupon. Fill in your details and present it at your nearest Clarins counter (at department stores only). To find your nearest department store counter, visit www.clarins.co.uk

    Print out your coupon now!

I printed out the coupon and went to Debenhams where was told that I should not print it but get it from your magazine.

Just a TWO simple questions arose please answer me:

    1) Are you serious magazine? If yes why you do not keep your words?
    2) Why are you playing with people?

Hope I will get answers, but do not belove it as I have not got good impression of you. Try to convince me.

    Regards, Ilkin.

Let's see what they will answer.

Bad luck. It doesn't seem that the word from management has filtered through to all their suppliers though as I got mine from Fenwicks today with no problem at all. So worth a try if you've got a printed voucher.

Obviously any freebies are very welcome but worth reiterating that it is a mini mascara as mentioned in the OP, only 3mls I think, which is a third of the size of my normal Maybelline mascara.
