Dyslexic and struggling can anyone help?

Hi I received a parking ticket today for an 'offence' last Saturday so 9 days. It's from parkingeye. I didn't see any signs so didn't realise parking was limited to two hours, feeling totaly gutted but I'm struggling to read the newbies faq, I'm getting confused with the acronyms and wonder if anyone could please help me with.how I could appeal, I really can't afford to pay this :-(

If you are really struggling, there are companies that will do this for you for a fee of about 16 quid. I can't recommend one though.

However, with help here you can get this cancelled for free.

Start by looking at the appeal template letter in the NEWBIES thread.

Copy and paste it in to this thread and amend it to suit your situation. If you can go back to the car park, take pictures of the entrance from the point of view that the driver would seen when driving in, and any other signs especially if they are high up and in small print. Scan your notice to keeper letter and post it here as well, but cover up anything that can identify you such as number plate or any numbers on the letter you received.

Take a deep breath and chop job this up into segments. So, read the NEWBIES thread again, search out the template appeal, and re-read that until you understand what it means. Edit it and post it here for us to check. Take the photos and post them here, and scan and post your NTK.

note :- if you are going to upload photos (including redacted photos of the NTK etc, ie:- minus your reg number and name and address etc), you cannot do it on here

they have to be uploaded to tinypic or photobucket first

then you would copy and paste the link into your reply, BUT before submitting your reply you delete the TT in the http link and replace with XX , so you make it a dead link, as in hxxp

but in simple terms , copy and paste that template letter from post #1 of the NEWBIES sticky thread, into notepad , then adapt it by adding your pcn reference number, name and address

go onto parking lie website and submit it by copying and pasting it into the appeal box, or attaching it as a word doc or a pdf doc file (instead of a txt notepad file)

do not post any personal details on here, only on the PE website in your appeal

this is assuming the "event" happened in england or in wales
