UK credit cards for non-UK residents?

I am looking for a UK credit card with low/zero fees for use abroad.

However by most people's ratings I am not a UK resident - I live in the UK three to four months a year and in France eight to nine months a year.

I am a UK property owner (rented out 12 months a year) and pay tax in France and the UK.

What generally trips me up is the 'UK resident' requirements - as I am in the UK only three months a year I am generally not considered a UK resident on credit card application forms.

Does anyone know of any UK credit card providers that would consider me?

Sorry but IMO no major lender will issue you with a UK credit card.
Blame the EU and its cross border financial dictats.
