Deciding whether to go for the Sony Card?

I received an e-mail today from Sony addressed to me personally (must be from when I entered a competition or something) but it was offering the Sony Card, 12 months BT, 3 months purchases, 4000 points and 1 point per pound.

I've read some reviews and they all seem good apart from the higher interest rate.

I'm wondering if I should go with it? I would use it to replace my Natwest Card, if I'm going to use a card might as well earn something from it.

Or should I go with a cashback card and if so which is the best? I'm a student, going into my 4th year at Uni, currently have 2 CC's for Balance Transfers, the Natwest for general spending, a Barclaycard that's unused, and a Nationwide with £2300 limit which I pay off each month. I would use thenew card and cancel my Natwest, miserly £400 limit there and I don't get any benefits with it.
