Building up my credit score

Excuse me I'm new here....
Ok so I was very surprised in March when I was accepted for a capital one credit card.
I am 21 and have never even had an overdraft, I opened a bank account when I was 20 because I couldn't get paid otherwise. So I took out a 3 contract in January (sim only) and got accepted. Then in March I thought it couldn't hurt to try and get a credit card... To my amazement I was accepted I got a £200 limit. As I was in the middle of decorating my kitchen I thought I'd apply with Aqau and I got accepted with a £100 limit. Since then I moved to Natwest as it's closer. I only got accepted for a basic account??
I am building up my credit or trying. I pay my cap one in full every month and my Aqau did go over limit last month but I sorted that.... I have a talk talk debt of £183 which I'm paying to a debt collector.
How long until Natwest accept me for a full account??:j

Impossible to say.
But I would try to get your current finances under control before makiong any more applications. Get that defaulted debt paid off and watch your card limits. Make sure you clear the cards fully every month.0
