Online Stockbroker

I am looking to invest some of the cash that is currently sitting in my Suffolk Life SIPP.
Suffolk Life only seems to offer 2 options as regards an execution only online stockbroker; namely Barclays or Stocktrade.
Any views out there as to the practical differences between using either of these 2?

If so the dealing charges look quite reasonable.
