Now due for 2nd year review of IVA and want to know what are the current expenditure allowances? Can anyone advise.

These are not publicly available, and probably with good reason.
You could get access to them until recently, but the loophole was closed pretty quickly.
Maybe the best bet is to dig out your last budget, and change whatever is necessary, e.g. utilities, petrol, food, etc.
If your disposable income has gone up after the review, then don't forget that any increase should be split 50/50 under protocol compliant IVA's. For example, if you were paying £100 and can now afford £200, then your payment should go to £150.
Alternatively, you may be able to find someone on here with access to those figures that you can PM to have a look at some fat any proposed budget.0
