Simply upload your snaps of the little things that make you happy. The lovely Lucy Watson and Olivia Lee will pick their two favourite photos to win £150 in Selfridges vouchers. Plus there's Nails Inc vouchers and Wilkinson Sword razors up for grabs.

• Eligibility: This Promotion is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees of Wilkinson Sword Limited and the Promoter and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
• How to enter the prize draw: There are two ways to submit a photo and enter the Promotion.
• a) Visit www.wilkinsonsword.co.uk/wslittlethings and upload a photo of the little things that make you smile.
• b) Enter via personal Twitter or Instagram accounts by uploading a photo with the hashtag: #WSLittleThings.
• There is no limit to the number of photos submitted.

• Dates of Promotion:
• a) The opening date of the Promotion is 12pm on 02.06.15.
• b) The closing date for receipt of entries to the Promotion is 12am on 18.07.15.

Prize Draw

• Prizes available to be won: The Promotion consists of seven runners-up prizes and two grand prizes.
• Runners-up Prize:
• a) Each week throughout the Promotion period, The Promoter will choose a photo at random to win a runners-up prize.
• b) The runners-up prize is a £10 Nails Inc. voucher and a FREE Wilkinson Sword Razor.
• Grand Prize:
• a) Within 28 days of 19.07.15, the Promotion's guest judges, Lucy Watson and Olivia Lee, will each choose one winner to receive a grand prize.
• b) These two will each receive a £150 Selfridges Voucher.
• Runner-up Prize Selection: The runners up will be selected on a weekly basis throughout the Promotion period. • Runner-up Winner Notification: There are two methods of notification.
• a) If the winning entry was submitted via www.wilkinsonsword.co.uk/wslittlethings, the winner will be notified via email. This email address will be the one provided by the entrant at the time of their photo submission.
• b) If the entry was submitted via Twitter or Instagram, the winner will be notified via private message on the social media platform associated with their photo submission.
• Grand Prize Selection: The Promotion's guest judges, Lucy Watson and Olivia Lee will each choose their favourite #WSLittleThings photo under the supervision of an independent observer. The selection of the winning entry will be made based on the opinion of the judges as to which photo best fits the description "the little things that make you smile". This selection process will be carried out within 28 days of the closing date.
• Grand Prize Winner Notification:
• a) If the winning entry was submitted via www.wilkinsonsword.co.uk/wslittlethings, the winner will be notified via email.
• b) If the entry was submitted via Twitter or Instagram, the winner will be notified via private message on the social media platform associated with their photo submission.
• c) The grand prize winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.
• d) The winners must confirm whether they wish to claim the prize within 7 days of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner.
• No purchase necessary: The offer is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the above offer at any time for an alternative prize of equal or greater value in exceptional circumstances.

Moderation:

• When submitting photos there will be a 48 hour delay before images are displayed within the gallery. The Promoter will use this time to assess whether an image is suitable for entry within the Promotion and does not contain any inappropriate material.
• Inappropriate images include violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept any entries the Promoter deems, at its sole discretion, at any time not to comply with the terms as set out herein. If any element of an entry breaches these terms, the Promoter has the right to reject the whole entry, regardless of the stage the entrant has reached in the Promotion.
• No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries or entries that are not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.

General:

• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Twitter.
• No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
• No cash alternative will be offered. The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and non-refundable, must be taken as offered and will only be awarded to the winner(s) as specified on these Terms and Conditions. The vouchers which are awarded as prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher issuer.
• The Promoter shall not be held responsible for the failure by any third party involved in this Promotion to fulfil their obligations, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure to the winner of the Promotion in order to avoid undue consumer disappointment.
• The Promoter's decision is final in relation to all matters related to this Promotion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
• In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
• The full name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by sending an SAE to Them London, Westminster House, Kew Road, Richmond, TW9 2ND during the period of 2 months following the closing date of the Promotion stating "#WSLittleThings Snap and Share Photo Promotion".

• The winner agrees to participate in publicity arising from the Promotion.

• The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and each entrant hereby irrecoverably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
