iPad Mini Retina Wont Turn On!!

Hi I have an i-Pad mini retina, up until today about 10.30 it was working fine went to turn it on and nothing. It had been on the charge over night so much have been at 100 percent. Did some work with it this morning but unless I left the camera on it should have closed down

Have tried the on-off button, nothing.

Took it home and placed it on the charger in the hope of giving it a kick start, again nothing. It’s been sitting on the charger for about 15 minutes but no sign of life.

Any idea as to what might be wrong? Fix, or is off the an Apple centre?
