Should i receive all my money back

If you receive an item that's faulty and the seller sends you a returns label should I get all my money back if the item had free postage.

What happens if they give you a partial refund.

Why should they? Did you agree to it?
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Why not give the actual story with full facts rather than tiny snippets? You're far more likely to get answers then!

The only was a partial refund can be given is if you agree to it, which you are under no obligation to.

If the item is genuinely not as described, ebay will always force the seller to refund in FULL upon the return of the item.

    No use.

if you're returning a faulty / misdescribed item, you need proof of DELIVERY. If a seller says it hasn't turned up, you won't get your refund without proof that the item has been delivered (not just sent).

BUT if a returns label is issued by ebay, your item will be tracked anyway.

Just to clarify, for a return a buyer needs proof of attempted delivery for ebay purposes. Delivery does not have to be shown, merely an attempt at it.
