Hi,
I have a Dell C521 PC. The problem is that my PC is very slow in re-starting or shutting down. It takes couple of minutes. I have Vista Basic istalled.
Can anyone help me to sort this out please? Thanks

What spec is you PC? Has it always been slow?
Are your Virus/Spyware scanners all upto date? and have you ran the scans?
Have you ever ran "disk defragment"?
Type in msconfig in "Start Search"
In the tabbed menu that opens click on startup. then deselect anything you dont need.0
