Changing estate agents

                    My BF is selling his flat and has just put it into the hands of new estate agents after being with the previous ones for 4 months. In the 4 months with the other estate agent he had 3 viewings in all that time and with this new estate agents he's had 4 viewings in a week. I know it doesn't mean the flat will sell as you only need one buyer but at least the estate agent seems to be pushing it. Just a point-the first estate agent was charging 1% after negotiation and this one charges 1.6% but it will be worth it if it sells.
