Argos sent me a wrong item!!

I purchased an Xbox One console for son which arrived today. (Fast delivery). After about one hour, i opened the parcel to realise that Argos sent me an Xbox 360 console.

I haven't called them yet, since i checked the internet, and saw some similar threads. Ive checked their webiste, and they sell the item they sent to me. I couldnt see exactly on Argos' website their policy for this issue so i had to come over her to ask if anyone had similar problems or knows about things such as this?

I work tomorrow, but may have time to go into Argos.
What will they possibly say? This has never happened to me before?

What is on the box? is it the 360 or the one? Does the box have the argos code on it? What code is on confirmation email you got for the order?

It says i ordered Xbox One for £449 or something around that.

You have the right to receive what you ordered.

It's as simple as that.

Personally I'd try and say that as they sent the wrong one you'd like a refund if you can. On HotUKDeals there's deals from reputable stores for the console from around £250-270 mark

Just return it for a refund, not hard.

Why pay over £400 for it, can get a cheaper deal on the net.
