E-Saver Account from Santander

could anyone help me? i have around £3,400 in an Every Day Saver Account with Santander which is 1% interest! they sent me a letter informing me that come August it will drop down to 0.50%! could anybody be so kind as to any info on what to do about this? please forgive me, im a newbie on here so i'm not sure if this is the right forum or not? thanks for any info.

Move it to a better account?

Tesco pay 3% on £3000 or tsb pay 5% on £2000

The opportunity to upgrade your account is on the Santander web site, although this may not be the best course of action (but is better than nothing).

In summary - if the rate isn't good enough, do something about it.
