£1000 in four months challenge!!

Ok - I haven't posted for a while and due to personal problems I must admit that I did let this slide quite a bit!!

I also have around £30 Rpoints and £45 Quidco - but these are not ready to withdraw so not yet counting them.
And I managed to get some auctions up over the last few days too.

Don't think I will make it, but will certainly try!

Hi guys.

I need to update my sig but so far my total is up to £693. I'm very pleased with this as it doesn't take into account the surveys i've been doing. Am still working on this challenge, but am struggling with getting my total up quick as i have nothing left to ebay and don't have much time on my hands at the moment. Have been entering lots of competitions though in hope of winning some prizes. I just need lady luck on my side!!

Yes definatly going to go for this if i can but will try for £3000 in one year, which will pay off credit cards.

Going to have a look at ways I can do it and keep a daily/weekly log.

Hiya, this thread seems to have died a death!

My total now stands at £917, haven't been able to do much towards it this week as i've been ill but am waiting on a £50 cheque from global test market so will soon be there.

The funny thing is i've earned this extra money but have no idea where its gone as i seem to be struggling financially at the moment anyway!!

I agree Andan, why has this thread gone so quiet? Well done on £917, thats fantastic! You should hit the 1k by 20/12. I have achieved bronze so am gonna try and get to £750 although that might be pushing it!

I will certainly *bump* on December 20th if people don't start posting their totals.

Well I am only around half way there so I know I won't be able to make the full £1K. Am disappointed in myself for not doing better, but it's better than nothing.

Hi all,
Just updating my total, added £300 that I have received from extra work earlier in the year. Quidco have paid £122 of money that had tracked. Most of the money I have made has been put towards buying a new boiler, as my very old one finally give up a month ago, so I am afraid I am no better off in terms of Christmas spending.:mad: Don't think I will be able to increase total any more but am really pleased with how much I managed to save. My aim now is to try to get through Christmas as cheaply as possible. Good luck everyone.

17 days to go until challenge ends! Get ebaying and amazon-ing if you haven't hit your target!

I aimed for bronze, have surpassed silver and now gold level £1000 is in sight! Can't beleive it! Am currently AQA-ing every night until 3am to try and get as much money as possible. I really hope we start a similar challenge in the new year, this one has been an inspiration and I have achieved more than I ever thought possible.
