I have a small Ipod that my DGD gave me and its worked well for the past year but now for some reason it won't load my emails from my OE.They load OK on my home computer but not on the little hand held gadget.(you can tell I not a techie )I keep getting a message saying ' imap4blueyonder.co.uk not responding' any ideas clever chums as I'm stumped and don't really want to trek to Bluewater to the apple shop to find its something daft that maybe one of my DGS has done (or myself ) by mistake.My emails come through fine on my home computer

I'm guesisng you mean iiPad, which is a touch screen tablet? You will need to check your email settings are correct. To do this, you need two things:

1. To know how to configure your iPad's email settings: How do I verify the mail settings on my iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch?
2. The settings that you will need to refer to: Email settings for addresses ending in @blueyonder.co.uk
