Praise for Morphy Richards

Gold Star for Morphy Richards! We had bought the Accents kitchen appliances for our new house in May last year, kettle, 4 slice toaster, gadget things etc had no problems until the 5th of June. They had a 1 year warranty on, which should have ended on the 29th May. a week out of it. I'm sure I had signed up to the 2 year one but couldn't find any proof. Convinced they were going to refuse any help.
Technically we'd only had 6 months use out of the toaster too as we didn't move in/use it til November!
Called them up. And they were incredibly helpful. Sending a replacement one out, and the newer model too! They said it was out of stock until the 19th so said we'd wait. Received a voicemail from them on wednesday wanting to make sure we wanted to wait or if we'd like another model. Called back thursday, reiterated we wanted that specific one and happy to wait (one side of our toaster still worked so we could still use it til then), she said it'd be 3 weeks until it arrived.
Came back from shopping today and it was here! They didn't even request us to faff about sending the old one to them which is great. Happy with the service! Really expected them to just say no!

I had an iron from them last October which is broke but they won't replace because I no longer have proof of purchase0

Did you buy direct from Morphy Richards?
If not, take up the issue with whoever sold the thing to you.0
