Court issues at house I no longer live at?

Hi Everyone
I have finally taken the plunge and attempting to sort out my credit ratings and signed up for a free trail at Equifax.
Bit of Background: After buying a house with my wife , things went bad and we separated and I moved out 4 years after buying the house. I now live in a flat and been here 3 years now. The wife kept on the house and her affair moved in , however my name is still on the house and mortgage still as we have not got divorced.
Back to present day:
On my credit file I dont have any problems at the flat but the house has a few Court judgements made after I moved out. My wife has not mentioned this and I feel that my name should not be linked to the judgements as I no longer live at that property.
Help what can I do?

If you have entered "new details" on the credit check, the debt collectors involved will be contact you to sort the issues out.I do Contracts, all day every day.0

Hi
Im looking at the Equifax report site and cannot find a way of adding new details or flagging a problem0 -
Are the judgements in your name? It could be that your ex, or other people at the house, have got into debt at that address: that would not affect you in any way. Of course, if you owe money from when that was your address then you need to resolve the matter.0
