New Moto G 5" or second hand S4?

I'm looking for a significant upgrade to my SII, which has given 4 years sterling service. My budget is roughly £150, which will buy me either a Moto G brand new, or a second hand S4.

Which of these do you think would be a better bet?

Priorities are screen quality, and if possible reasonable speaker quality.

Processor speed is less important, but I'd like at least a small processor speed boost over my SII.

I don't care about the camera, particularly, as long as there is one, and it has flash

Sure. I decided to post here cos I'm more interested in which is better, rather than a money saving question as such. I've already set my budget and tbh my smartphone addiction isn't really moneysaving

Hmm, a bit speculative, and in India too (so might not come here) but I'll hang on a month or so, and see if anything concrete emerges in the UK.

I'm in no rush.
