Buildings insurance

We have recently taken over the RTM of the 3 flats in our building and need to setup a new buildings insurance policy. Does anyone have any advice/experience on how to go about finding a good priced insurer. I have looked on a number of compare websites but it seems to only cover individual flats rather than the building as a whole.
Thanks
Rob.

I would suggest that first you check to find out the claims history of the building eg if there's any subsidence.
Is the new RTM a new limited company?0
