The Mega Friday Ticket Giveaway - June 2015 is running across National-Lottery.com, Lottery.co.uk and Euro-Millions.com, where one winner will be randomly selected from entries registered with any site.
The winner will be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion, including a photograph and quote regarding the prize win to feature on our sites and social media pages.
By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules of the Promotion and consent to the holding of their personal data by the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry requirements form part of the rules of entry into the competition.

To be eligible to win the prize, entrants must register their first name, surname, mobile number and a valid email address by the competition deadline detailed on the National-Lottery.com Competitions page on https://www.national-lottery.com/competitions.

I see nothing in the T&C that says you can't enter on all three sites.
