Lloyds bank Travel insurance

Not sure if this is the correct place but my sister is currently in Cyprus and has been in hospital over there since Thursday and is expected to be kept in until Monday and she comes home on tuesday.
She has her insurance via Lloyds TSB as part of the account she pays for with them.
Does anybody know if they cover you for lost days where she hasnt been at the hotel etc or does she just get medical cover?
She got taken in with Pneumonia so has had to be kept on an antibiotic drip?
