Small rant really. I'm with ovo and on the 4th of each month approx they ask for my meter readings.
I gave them on the 9th and today looked at my online bill and they had used an estimate dated the 11th.
They do this every month.
Why on earth do they ask for readings if they use their own estimate every time?

Not ever happened to me with Ovo .
My readings due 14th and the only time they have been estimated was due to me forgetting .0 -
When I was with Ovo that always used to happen, however I thought they only estimated for the 2 days after the reading. As it would normally have the reading I gave and then an estimate 2 days later but it showed I had used something like 20KWh between the reading and the estimate which would be correct for a couple of days in my flat.0
