Disgruntled estate agents who we chose not to sell with is now jeopardising buying
Update- the estate agents financial adviser has been in touch and as previous poster has suggested, he was trying to sway me to use them as a broker by stating London and Country usually encounter problems with the lender when it comes to submitting a full application. Needless to say, I politely told him I was not interested. He then told me they will be in touch about our offer on Monday/Tuesday as more viewings are taking place today. The waiting game begins

They will probably advise their customer that they have concerns about your mortgage affordability and will recommend a different buyer.
