The top of the form says

Only 1 entry per email address at this time but look out for more chances to win with our next email. but the Terms say A maximum of three entries to the draw are allowed for an individual email address between the above dates.

Yes, the OPs link doesn't work because it's a copy & paste of the shortened MSE version of Weeowens link (in other words it has "......" where words should be), rather than a copy & paste of the full link (Weeowens link would need to be clicked on and then the copy & paste taken of the full web address of the opened link). I hope that makes sense!
