Indesit Washing Machine

I purchased a brand new Indesit Washing Machine from Currys in May 2013, it came with a 1 year warranty and I recall it had a sticker on it stating something about 5 years. I'm sure I registered it but going on to the Indesit website it says I've no account with them so nothing has been registered. I know there was an account as I registered my tumble dryer previously.
Anyway said Washing Machine is now making an awful racket, I assume its the bearings. Surely a WM should last longer than 2 years! There are only 2 of us in the home so does'nt get used constantly.
Is there anything I can do apart from either spending out on a repair or buying a new washing machine?

Yes.
Read MSE's Consumer Rights guide and then speak to Currys about your options.0
