Mini 2 is what you want. They come either Wifi enabled or WiFi enabled with the ability to take a SIM(WiFi and Cellular) in so that you can get Internet access without needing to depend on WiFi for Internet access.

All our units are WiFi + Cellular as we need to have reliable Internet access with having to depend on WiFi, free or otherwise.

Afraid that you normally have to get in quickly when deals like the one I posted come up, they don't last long, especially when they are posted on HotUKDeals and on this forum.

In addition to what Nifty Digits has said, sometimes the iPad mini 2 is advertised as iPad mini with Retina, just to make things more confusing. The latest mini iPad (the mini 3) also has retina screen, but has Touch ID fingerprint technology, which the mini 2 doesn't have.

What does a 3 year John Lewis warranty cover? I thought the whole point of Apple warranty was to go in to an Apple store and get told that you are 5 days outside the 1 year warranty but you can pay £150 for a refurb?
