I switched with MSE but nothing happened!
Hi folks, I went through the process of switching with MSE, and have the email I received March 25th to acknowledge the switch (from Scottish Power to nPower June 16 tariff).
Since then nothing has happened.
What is the process for finding out what went wrong?

I’m sorry to hear that you've not had an update on your switch.
After completing the application, Npower is supposed to keep you updated on your switch (normally by post or email) to get an update on how this is progressing you can contact Npower on 0800 316 3375.
