Why is Samsung Kies software so slow at reading photos on mobile.
I have 5 photos left on the mobile, it is taking 3 minutes to list these 5 photos, with the activity circle turning all time.
What is it doing, why is it so slow ?

Should internal phone USB Storage be empty after downloading all photos from mobile ?
Downloaded all photos as there wasn't enough space to run Camera or Gallery apps.
USB Storage now shows:
Total space: 1.10GB
Available Space: 784MB
There is option to Format this internal USB Storage.

NO , because you have simply copied them (duplicated them) on your computer ,
check you have them , then delete from the phone
I do not like kies , go to your usb settings on phone and change it from kies to computer (or whatever) . when you plug phone in , it will show in file explorer as a drive , navigate to photos and copy / delete as nessesarry0 -
