Vitality

Hi,
Vitality have just changed their terms and conditions so that, instead of members qualifying for free cinema tickets - a splendid and tempting inducement to join, members now have to earn 9 points by linking their activity tracker to Vitality so that vitality can know that you've been doing something healthy.

This is a totally ridiculous and insidious precedent.

What's amazing is that they claim that is says in their terms and conditions that their allowed to change their terms and conditions... so that means their whole contract is more or less subject to the whims of the board of directors. I've protested on their facebook group and they said:

"According to the T&C's of our policies, we can action changes at any point during a member's policy"

Which is hardly reassuring, and i'm really struck by this abuse of corporate power to get out of living up to their promoises.... would appreciate some input here.
