Cancelled Festival Tickets

I bought tickets for the BL9 festival due to take place this weekend, but the event was cancelled at the end of May. The accommodation booked is a dead loss, but refunds on tickets sold (minus booking fee) were promised within 28 days of a request. Having spoken with the organisers by phone and had some communication by email, I'm a little concerned that refunds might not be issued. I bought through the approved distributor, Bookitbee, but they are not subscribed to STAR. Does anyone know who can pursue complaints should this prove to be the case?
Thanks
Thanks

How did you pay, and what was the value per ticket?0

I paid by debit card, picking up two tickets at £40 each (plus booking fee).0

Also funds including booking fee can be reclaimed from your card see links above. I would start on that route now.Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0

MSE's Chargeback article may help.0
