House we are buying has completely disappeared off rightmove, panic or what?

I will be ringing our solicitor and the estate agent as soon as its 9am to find out whats going on.
Just a small panic!
We had our offer accepted on the house we want to buy 8 weeks ago, and had set a date of entry for 6 days time!
The house has been on rightmove the whole time, no SOLD or SSTCM or anything as the agents have it on rightmove until missives have been concluded.
We are in Scotland. Last time I spoke to solicitor was Tuesday night to ask if all was still on track for getting keys next week and he said yes but there was still 1 thing outstanding he was waiting for from their solicitor, so as at Tuesday night we had not concluded missives.
Last night, the house has completely gone from rightmove! Oh no! Would the selling agent really know that missives are complete before we know?
Argh!

I think slots on right move are bought in 3,6 or 12 month batches.
Perhaps the advert has reached it's end of period and the agent didn't want to pay out for another advertisement slot.0 -
This is not something to worry about....a solicitor won't have any interest on whether it's on RM or not.
A quick word with the EA may help but I bet they just took it down given it's about to go through the final sale.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
Call the EA & ask them?I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

I had the opposite happen. House wasn't on RM I saw the 'for sale' sign outside it. I made an offer via sealed bid on a house that was accepted. It appeared on RM two days later and the agent just left it on. When someone rang to enquire they'd say "sorry that house is sold but we have xyz you might be interested in instead" like some kind of marketing ploy.0

More relax than panic. Suggests agent sure deal will go through, so no point in keeping it up. Ask agent if curious, or just wait.0

RM is just marketing. No more, no less. EAs are free to label properties however they want, or not at all. It has no impact whatsoever on the actual legal process of buying the place. Don't panic!0

Sorry to tell you this OP, but the house was bulldozed last night.0

Estate agents sometimes remove a sold property if they have a similar new one to sell with a higher price and dont want prospective buyers of the new place to see the lower asking price of the sold one.0
-
Clearly the property has disappeared.
I advise you go and check. There may have been a fire, or perhaps a small localised earthquake, or, as mrginge suggests, it may have been bulldozed.0
