In dispute with a sofa purchasd with Dfs recently, they refuse to refund for a faulty sofa, we contacted citrnzens advice, decide to get our money back via Chargeback, any advice ? Has anyone had any experience ?

Have you read MSE's Chargeback article?
Did you pay by debit card or credit card?
If you paid by credit card (and your post earlier said something about £1000), then a Section 75 claim might have more effect.
