Hello all, could some kind person please point me in the direction to a thread about MCOL, I am at that stage, but am a little! confused what to do,I am taking Cap one to court for full Credit card charges, after they refused to settle on a smaller amount, so off to Court Lol, just a bit confused (or rather a lot actually) about the next step, I need to read up on it, before I continue. many thanks.....Lilly...;)
