'Call It Spring' Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
By entering their details, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility Rules for the Prize Draw

This ‘Call It Spring’ prize draw is open to all persons resident in the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over at the date of their entry.
Employees or contractors of Debenhams Plc or Debenhams Retail Plc, and their immediate family, operators of its brands and concessions, or anyone directly connected with the organisation or associated organisations will not be eligible to enter the prize draw.
Entry and Entry Methods

Entrants must follow the instructions on the https://www.wincallitspring.com microsite, including entering in their details and submitting their vote by selecting their favourite style within one of the three trend options. Entrants can vote for their favourite style within just one of the trend options or submit multiple entries by selecting their favourite style within two or all three of the trend options.
No purchase is necessary to enter the ‘Call It Spring’ prize draw.
A limit of one entry per customer for each trend option will be accepted. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and to require them to return any prize they may have won.
No bulk, third party or automated entries will be accepted.
No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, defaced, illegible, lost or delayed or are unable to be submitted due to any technical or other reason. Proof of sending of any entry will not be proof of our receipt of that entry.
The start date of the prize draw is 12pm on 8 June 2015; the prize draw closes at 9am on 22 June 2015.
Prizes

The winner will be picked at random by an automated system from the pool of entrants who selected the most popular style option when entering this prize draw (i.e. the style with the most votes out of all of the three trend options at the closing date) within 3 days of the closing date. The decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
The winner will be notified by 12pm on 25 June 2015 by email to the email address used to enter the prize draw.
The Prize consists of a pair of Call it Spring shoes which the winner will be able to choose from the Call it Spring shoes available on a or https://www.debenhams.ie (subject to availability, including size; if the chosen shoes are not available the winner will be asked to select an alternative pair) and a £100 (if resident in the UK) or €100 (if resident in the Republic of Ireland) Debenhams gift card.
All prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. No cash alternative is available for any prize.
Debenhams Retail Plc reserves the right to substitute any Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize if the Prize is unavailable or in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
The winner’s name can be obtained by sending an SAE to; WINNER, ‘Call It Spring’ prize draw, C/O Advertising, Debenhams, 1st Floor, 10 Brock Street, Regents Place, London, NW1 3FG.
The winning prize will be dispatched directly by Debenhams.
Debenhams Retail Plc will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post for reasons beyond their control.
Prizes will only be delivered to an address within the UK or Republic of Ireland.
Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Debenhams Privacy Policy which is located on https://www.debenhams.com and https://www.debenhams.ie. The prize must be claimed after 1 week of being contacted by Debenhams, if the prize is not claimed within the week Debenhams will either render the prize draw void or pick another winner at random.
By entering the prize draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Debenhams Retail Plc may require.
Termination of Prize Draw

Debenhams Retail Plc reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions.
