Private Parking Appeals??

Hi,
Has anyone else used Private Parking Appeals to help fight their parking charge notice?
I paid for their services around 8 weeks ago, and at the beginning although their communication was slow, they did at least respond.
I've seen received my POPLA code, forwarded it over a week ago and not heard from them at all.
Has this company disappeared or are not trustworthy?
I'm conscious of time limits hence my posting on here.
Many thanks for any help guys.

If they haven't responded then just get a refund via paypal.
Certain people will of course sing their praises ha!0 -
Hi, thanks for reply... I did get an initial response and was told to give them the POPLA code... Which I've done. Since receiving this code they haven't responded to any emails or phone calls, hence me wondering if they've gone bust, or similar.0

Do the appeal yourself, you can check if they have done it or not, go to the POPLA website and imput the code, it will tell you straight away0

Thanks again, a quick check has shown that this company have t submitted an appeal. I'll submit it myself. Last query, to have my draft looked at by this forum, so I create a new thread or attach it to one of the stickies on the forum list?0

They haven't gone bust, they may be a little tardy but get all appeals done before the deadline. There have been several similar threads to yours previously of people panicking, but in all cases the appeals were submitted (and I believe won) in time.
Or if you want to do as Empire says, do your own appeal, the more people who can educate themselves to the great parking scam, the better.
If you PM me your details I will pass it onto to a PPA director.
I'm not in any way connected with PPA, I just know a few of those who are.All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Edmund Burke Irish orator, philosopher, & politician (1729 - 1797).0 -
I would suggest that the OP checks his emails first0
