How to stop parking?

A person persistently uses a private car park belonging to a small club I am a member of. The car park is very small and the members really have difficulty all getting their own cars in.
This person comes from an establishment next door which has its own car parking facilities but they have to pay for it.
Off road parking space is very difficult to find anywhere near - in fact there isn't any available.
Notes have been left on her car which are ignored.

Put a gate across with lock so that only members can access.
Block the car in with another car for a period long enough to get their attention.NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0 -

I'm not saying you shouldn't try this one, please note it is against the law."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
Contract with a Private Parking Company to enforce parking conditions. A few windscreen tickets on her car will quickly get rid of her. PPCs are very good at getting rid of fly parkers - it's the only way they earn their money, so they will give her hefty penalties and months and months of hassle and she'll soon learn not to park there any more.
Then when they've got rid of her, and their income stream has stopped, for the remainder of their contract with you, they will turn their attention to legitimate members who they deem to break their petty rules - remember, it's the only way they make money - and then you and your members will face the hefty penalties and months and months of hassle.
We'll cancel the contract if that starts I hear you say. Good idea - it will cost you thousands though. Read Somerfield -v- ParkingEye.
Do NOT consider bringing in a PPC!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thing is, our members often have to park two/three deep to fit in, it's a perfectly normal occurrence especially at weekends and standard practise to do so, and everybody is prepared to move their car when required, so even if it's illegal (!) to purposely block her in, would there be any legal comeback from her if she was? Virtually all our members will be there today for an event starting after lunchtime so if she's there she will be - perhaps she'll have to go home on the bus :-)
I understand it's illegal to clamp on private land now, and we're not set up to charge for parking, we just want her to stop it!
There are two cars that have been identified as not belonging to club members actually, but the other one has come early and left late so nobody's actually seen the driver of the second car.0 -

ok , 3 ways past this
1: TELL them not to park there
2: go the self ticketing route
3: http://www.theworkplacedepot.co.uk/hinged-padlock-parking-post?gclid=CjwKEAjw4-SrBRDP483GvreDr2ASJAD5sCIuUkdc_YHvlzGyB8ahhNe6_049J4IkqeD6haBm5cMgUhoC9lHw_wcB#vat
1: does,nt seem to be working
2: does,nt "actually" stop them parking there
3: does what it says on the tin
next question please0 -
Have you spoken with the other establishment? What is their connection to the driver?
If they are an employee they might be willing to have words. Where I work my employer takes it quite seriously if employees cause a nuisance to local residents. You could try a letter to the vehicles registered keeper through a V8882 request to DVLA, perhaps them knowing your on to them more formally my get the message home...0
