Prize:



There is one prize consisting of:



a) Cash



A cheque for £15,000 (fifteen thousand pounds sterling) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.



Prize Provider: ITV Consumer Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT.



b) Holiday



A seven (7) night holiday for the winner and up to three (3) companions to Magaluf, Mallorca including:



return economy flights from a London airport (airport to be specified by the Prize Provider at the time of booking) to Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) including one item of hold luggage (20kg) per person;
return private transfers from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) to the Sol Wave House Hotel, Magaluf;
· seven (7) nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation at the Sol Wave House Hotel based on four people sharing two twin or double rooms (at the winner’s choice, subject to availability); and

· travel insurance.



The Prize is subject to availability and must be booked and taken up by no later than 30 September 2016. The winner must provide three (3) preferred travel dates, each at least one (1) month apart and with a minimum of 90 days’ notice. The Prize cannot be taken on the following dates:



· 24, 25, 26 and 31 December 2015;

· 1 January 2016;

· 14 February 2016; and

· any UK bank holidays.



Where any of the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the Prize.



A current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds will be required in order to check in at the resort for security deposit purposes. The winner and their companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry into Mallorca. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.



It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, and (ii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider. All taxes (including without limitation national and local taxes) in connection with any prize and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.



The travel insurance policy is subject to exclusions (including pre-existing medical conditions), age limits and excesses. The travel insurance policy is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. If the winner or any member of the travelling party is not eligible for travel insurance it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover where they would not be covered by this insurance including without limitation covering overseas medical costs.



The Prize excludes UK ground transfers to/from the London airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations.



There is no cash alternative and the Prize, including any accommodation, non-changeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered. There is no cash alternative. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
