Thanks for all the helpful replys. My LL was unaware of the plans and is likely to object too. I am not worried about upsetting lady by objecting as we have a right to do so.
eddddy - thanks for the list of valid reasons for objecting - that's great I will definetely use this list and elaborate.
I am just glad we don't own the flat as I am sure it will decrease values and aparantly you can't use this as a valid objection point.
I am trying not to get too stressed about it all. I have just had a rough few months lately with my mum dying (aged 63) and I had back surgery (coccyx removed), just want a quiet life after a hard days work.0 -
Thanks taff, That is exactly what I was hoping for. Will look at that properly on the weekend when I have more time and I can keep my eyes open. I'm exhausted!0

It is not really suitable for more vehicles. We don't use it as we have a driveway to front of house but my friend lives in a flat in the next road and she said the lane is very busy and congested. So many residents already use this access. I am not sure who owns it.
I can't object about this access as it doesn't impact on me.0 -
I think it may be adopted looking at the planning application.
Some areas are quite sensitive about access and volumes of vehicles.
I would also look at the proposed access for the build, might that be from the front?0
