Hello,
Not sure if this is the right place but since it refers to a 'tech' item I thought it was most relevant.
This morning I got a new insulin pump, 2 hours later I noticed a large scratch and a small chip on the screen
This is what the pump looks
like
I have ordered some displex sxcratch remover but I don;t think it's going to do the job, can anyone advise something else I can try or somewhere I can take it to get it fixed? I'm so annoyed that it is already damaged

Are you 100% sure that it isn't covered with a plastic protecting film that you are supposed to peel off?0

Call the supplier and tell them that it arrived with a scratch and chip and that you would like then to exchange it for a new one.
Do this before you start messing with trying to get the scratch off.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

Thanks guys but I definitely (stupidly) took the film off
The rep from the company trained me on the pump this morning so she would know that it wasn't scratched when it came, I've emailed the clinic to see if there's anything that can be done and to raise concerns that it has damaged so easily0 -
OK, so did you drop it or anything? If it wasn't there on delivery then something must have happened to cause the chip.
Hopefully the clinic may set your mind at ease and help. I suppose as long as it's function hasn't been impaired, that's the priority.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
