Website for people who want to joint buy?

I've £60000 in readily available cash. Or at least investments that I can get my hands on with 95 day notice. Plus a few thousand spare.
I'm interested in possibly finding someone to joint buy with with no need for a mortgage. Has anyone come across a website/forum where people can meet up to discus this with each other? I've had a bit of a google but not really found anything.
Also I've vaguely heard that it is possible to pick up some bargains at auction but again I've failed to find any websites for this.
Any advice appreciated!

there are no obvious websites because going into business with complete strangers is not how most people would expect to end up with joint ownership of a property
as for auctions - use the search function on this board. "Give me an intro to auctions" question asked many times before0 -
I think there could be a market for it. I googled that very thing myself a few months ago. No longer looking though, things changed0

Why would you want to jointly buy a property with a complete stranger? You'd have no idea of their financial history or if they are reliable. Especially if you were buying a property to live in, so much could go wrong.0

I've heard that https://www.iamamugwithmoremoneythansense.com is the place to go for things like that.0

thanks all0 -
People meet for the first time to discuss business plans all the time. I really don't think it's that weird. I've done it in the work I do and I've done it when renting from a private landlord, renting as a lodger, job interviews. It's all the same. You need to meet people face to face and find out if they are honest, a sweet talker or just a fraud before you do any of the above. It's no different.
In my last job I could tell in the interview that my boss was not quite right. I took the job anyway. I was right. I left. I'd never have gone into a deal to buy a house with her though, just from a quick 30min interview I could tell.
