Hi all,
Hope you'll be able to help here. I've been reading the forums here for a bit and the advise has been great. But I'm not sure what to do about this.
I have 4 parking tickets. 3 are from consecutive days and 1 for about a month later.
Dates are: 16/3/15, 17/3/15, 18/3/15 and 14/4/15.
All railway station car park, but not under byelaw 14, I believe. Although NTK says it is.
I have windscreen tickets for the first three, I didn't have a ticket for the one in April, however, I'm sure that they will have issued a windscreen ticket and have a photo of this.
I have appealled against the first three via email and had delivery responses to each. I appealled 31/3/15 to all three. I recieved a rejection letter to the ticket dated 18/3 and decided to pay it as I was too busy to deal with it effectively. The other 2 I have not had any response to.
I have now recieved NTK letters for the tickets dated 16/3, 17/3 and 14/4. All letters are dated 1/6.
I think this makes the repsonse outside of the required 56 days? For the earliest 2 tickets?
For the ticket dated 14/4 not, but what's the best way to approach.
I have till the end of the week to be within the timeframe of the NTK.
Any help and advice greatly recieved.
Thanks,

Anyone? :question:0

well you are half way there , 3 mths gone
in another 3 mths you can tell them to get stuffed (railway land)
and in another 3 mths it will be to late for the railway to start prosecution
however , they now know you are a soft touch , after paying a fake ticket, so forget the emails start using second class mail , asking one question per letter , and if incorrect answer , write back asking for explanation , 3 mths will soon pass0 -
'start using second class mail' - that's a useful way, but retain your free Cert of Posting every time.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:
